Hi everyone โบ๏ธ Hereโs a quick little doodle I did (which describes a couple of days Iโve had this week!) you know sometimes when the world around you just feels a bit louder then usual? ๐ It can affect your mood and for us sensory-beings can lead to overwhelm ๐
I work in an open plan office which can get loud as people pop by each otherโs desks to chat ๐ฌ instead of booking meeting rooms. I can deal with this to some degree but sometimes it gets too much and then I know itโs time for a lilโ walk out of the office for a bit or to the toilets just for 5 to get a bit of quiet ๐คซ
How do you cope when things get too loud for you? ๐ข
I wear a noise cancelling headphone in the office. Love your doodle, it’s a noisy world, I wish for love and peace ๐

I take breaks too if I can when things are too loud! Its the only way.

Oh I’ve been having a lot more of those days lately. The only thing that helps is staying home, cocooned in my room. I’m miserable when I go out, the world really does seem to be getting even louder and more chaotic by the day.
